Hi, I am Pearl Sijmons and I am a textile artist and photographer. I call myself a contemporary impressionist. I want to depict my impression of the real, volatile and moving world with the right light and emotion.
Nature and re-use are central to my work. I believe we humans take (too) much from nature, so we have to give something back. I want to show how beautiful art can be, without new sources.
With my work I show valuable ecosystems, fascinating creaturs and different perspectives of the world. I draw attention to and make people aware of the beauty we need to preserve.
